The Chatham House URC23 Side Event on 20 June 2023 will discuss the approach that Government of Ukraine, Civil Society Organisations and international partners recovery could take to ensure a holistic process that links 'hard' reconstruction (infrastructure and housing) with 'soft' recovery (human revival and jobs creation).
