Objectives:

to present progress in Ukrainian digital transformation to the international community, its catalytic impact on key national reforms, economic development and anti-corruption;

to review the experience of adjustment of digital goals to the war context – how digital Ukraine resists Russian aggression at cyber- and information fronts;

to elaborate mutual goals in the new reality, targeting digital and information security and the importance of digital for recovery, in particular support to refugees;

to present United 24 initiative, exchange the best practices among European countries, discuss a common strategic vision for digital government of the future, cross-border initiatives and digital standards;

to establish a foundation for future networking on digital transformation issues.
